In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 43 other teams played in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 3 could be found in Group 3 together with HF Karlskrona 1, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Skövde HF 1, Gustafs GoIF, Vinslövs HK, HK Malmö, Stavsten HK 2 VIT and IFK Kristianstad.

Uppsala HK 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 9-12. In the Final, Alingsås HK 2 won over Falu HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006).

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F16 (f. 2006) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Haninge HK 1 with 7-12.
