In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 24 other teams played in Flickor 18 år (födda 2005). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Stockholmspolisens IF HF, Mörrums GOIS HK HK, Lugi HF, Kristianstad HK F06 1, Ystads IF HF 1, Vinslövs HK and Alingsås HK F06 1.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Raklev G&I with 10-11. In the Final, Haninge HK 060708 won over IK Lågan Hörby and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år (födda 2005).

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 17 år (födda 2005) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F17 (f. 2005) B-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Ankaret Röd with 5-8.
