In addition to Vinslövs HK, 26 other teams played in Flickor 18 år (födda 2005). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK could be found in Group 3 together with Stockholmspolisens IF HF, Uppsala HK 2, Mörrums GOIS HK HK, Lugi HF, Kristianstad HK F06 1, Ystads IF HF 1 and Alingsås HK F06 1.

Vinslövs HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Haninge HK 060708 with 7-12. In the Final, Haninge HK 060708 won over IK Lågan Hörby and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år (födda 2005).

Vinslövs HK also participated in Flickor 17 år (födda 2005) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in F17 (f. 2005) C-Slutspel, but lost it against Lidingö SK with 11-13.
