In addition to Vinslövs HK, 64 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK could be found in Group 7 together with Spånga HK Tiorna, Alingsås HK 2, Skuru IK 2, Kävlinge HK Vit, Åhus Handboll Röd, Halmstad Handboll Röd, IFK Malmö HF 2 Blå and HF Karlskrona Blå.

Vinslövs HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby 1 with 7-14. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Vinslövs HK also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F12 (f. 2010) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Kävlinge HK 2 with 9-10.
