In addition to the four Åhus teams, 61 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll Röd could be found in Group 7 together with Spånga HK Tiorna, Alingsås HK 2, Skuru IK 2, Kävlinge HK Vit, Halmstad Handboll Röd, IFK Malmö HF 2 Blå, HF Karlskrona Blå and Vinslövs HK.

Åhus Handboll Röd continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK Orange with 10-11. In the Final, Kävlinge HK Blå won over Kristianstad HK Orange and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F12 (f. 2010) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Huddinge HK 3 with 5-11.
