In addition to Åhus Handboll, 69 other teams played in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll could be found in Group 7 together with AIK Handbollsförening Gul, Staffanstorps HK 1, Halmstad Handboll 1 Röd, Skuru IK 1, Lugi HF 2, Eslövs IK Rosa and HF Karlskrona Gul.

Åhus Handboll continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 2 with 9-11. In the Final, Kristianstad HK 1 won over Kävlinge HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009).

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in F13 (f. 2009) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 2 with 10-11.
