In addition to the four Åhus teams, 14 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 3 could be found in Group 1 together with Vinslövs HK, HK Björnen 1, Alingsås HK, IK Lågan Hörby Lågan, Hässleholms HF /Bjärnum 1, Åhus Handboll 2, Sälens Fjällbotaniska Vänner and Ramunder HK.

Åhus Handboll 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Alingsås HK with 4-10. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll won over Alingsås HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
