In addition to Åhus Handboll, 46 other teams played in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll could be found in Group 1 together with Skövde HF 2, Halmstad Handboll 2 Svart, Lugi HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Kristianstad HK 07, HK Björnen, Uppsala HK 1, Ystads IF HF and Tollarps IF 1.

Åhus Handboll continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HF Karlskrona 1 with 10-14. In the Final, HK Malmö won over Halmstad Handboll 3 Rosa and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006).

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in F16 (f. 2006) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Borlänge HK with 6-10.
