In addition to the four Åhus teams, 14 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 4 could be found in Group 2 together with Chalmers HK, Hammarby IF HF, Hässleholms HF /Bjärnum 2, Åhus Handboll 1, Halmstad Handboll, KFUM Lundagård, Stavsten HK and HK Björnen 2.

Åhus Handboll 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK with 7-9. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll won over Alingsås HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
