In addition to KFUM Lundagård, 17 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof KFUM Lundagård could be found in Group 2 together with Chalmers HK, Hammarby IF HF, Åhus Handboll 4, Hässleholms HF /Bjärnum 2, Åhus Handboll 1, Halmstad Handboll, Stavsten HK and HK Björnen 2.

KFUM Lundagård continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby Lågan with 9-11. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll won over Alingsås HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
