In addition to the two Björnen teams, 16 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof HK Björnen 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Chalmers HK, Hammarby IF HF, Åhus Handboll 4, Hässleholms HF /Bjärnum 2, Åhus Handboll 1, Halmstad Handboll, KFUM Lundagård and Stavsten HK.

HK Björnen 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 11-17. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Hammarby IF HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
