In addition to the two Hässleholms teams, 16 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Hässleholms HF /Bjärnum 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Chalmers HK, Hammarby IF HF, Åhus Handboll 4, Åhus Handboll 1, Halmstad Handboll, KFUM Lundagård, Stavsten HK and HK Björnen 2.

Hässleholms HF /Bjärnum 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 6-9. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Hammarby IF HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
