In addition to the two Hässleholms teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hässleholms HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Åhus Handboll Blå, Ystads IF HF 2, Tollarps IF 2, IFK Malmö HF 3, Vinslövs HK, Höörs HK H 65 1 H65 Röd, Huddinge HK Sol and H43 Lund HF Vit.
Hässleholms HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Ystad HK with 7-8.
