In addition to the two Hässleholms teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hässleholms HF 2 could be found in Group 3 together with H43 Lund HF Blå, Karlshamns HF Röd, Halmstad Handboll Röd, Kävlinge HK Orange, Huddinge HK Hav, Växjö HF 2, Höörs HK H 65 2 H65 Svart, Tollarps IF 3 and Ystads IF HF 3.

Hässleholms HF 2 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Växjö HF 1 with 7-11. Thereby Hässleholms HF 2 finished second in F12 (f. 2011) A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023.
