They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 2 could be found in Group 3 together with H43 Lund HF Blå, Karlshamns HF Röd, Halmstad Handboll Röd, Kävlinge HK Orange, Hässleholms HF 2, Huddinge HK Hav, Höörs HK H 65 2 H65 Svart, Tollarps IF 3 and Ystads IF HF 3.

Växjö HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd Vit with 10-11. In the Final, Växjö HF 1 won over Hässleholms HF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011).
