In addition to the two Växjö teams, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Täby HBK 1, Halmstad Handboll Svart, Lugi HF 4, Ystads IF HF 2, Åhus Handboll 2, HK Aranäs Vit, Kävlinge HK and HK Bollebygd Vit.

Växjö HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll Röd with 8-11. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 4 won over Lugi HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007).

Växjö HF also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in P15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 11-17.
