In addition to the two Växjö teams, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 2 could be found in Group 5 together with IK Lågan Hörby 2, Önnereds HK 1, Spånga HK, Vinslövs HK 1, HK Bollebygd Svart, Amo HK, Eskilstuna Guif IF Svart, Ystads IF HF 1 and Hultsfred HF och f.2006.

Växjö HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof with 8-13. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 4 won over Lugi HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007).

Växjö HF also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in P15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 11-17.
