In addition to Växjö HF, 50 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Växjö HF could be found in Group 6 together with Ale Handboll United, IFK Malmö HF 2, Uppsala HK 1, HK Ankaret, IFK Tumba HK 1, H43 Lund HF Vit, HK Aranäs Blå and Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07.

Växjö HF continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ale Handboll United with 4-5. In the Final, HK Aranäs Vit won over Gustafs GoIF and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Växjö HF also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in F15 (f. 2007) C-Slutspel, but lost it against Ronneby HK 2 with 9-10.
