In addition to Växjö HF, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Växjö HF could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Kristianstad 3, Alingsås HK BLÅ, Halmstad Handboll, H43 Lund HF, Åhus Handboll 1, Uppsala HK 2, HK Malmö and Stavsten HK.

Växjö HF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof with 9-14. In the Final, Vinslövs HK won over IFK Kristianstad 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006).

Växjö HF also participated in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They won C-Slutspel, after beating IFK Bankeryd vit in the final with 12-10.
