In addition to the three Växjö teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 3 could be found in Group 3 together with Höörs HK H 65 1, Raklev G&I, Särökometernas HK, Kristianstad HK Orange, Eslövs IK Rosa, Ystads IF HF 2, Hässleholms HF 2, Täby HBK and Mönsterås HK 2.

Växjö HF 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 3 with 9-10. In the Final, Täby HBK won over IFK Tumba HK Blå and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Växjö HF also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in F12 (f. 2010) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Huddinge HK 3 with 9-10.
