In addition to the two Mönsterås teams, 63 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Mönsterås HK 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Höörs HK H 65 1, Växjö HF 3, Raklev G&I, Särökometernas HK, Kristianstad HK Orange, Eslövs IK Rosa, Ystads IF HF 2, Hässleholms HF 2 and Täby HBK.

Mönsterås HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kävlinge HK Blå with 9-10. In the Final, Kävlinge HK Blå won over Kristianstad HK Orange and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Mönsterås HK also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in F12 (f. 2010) C-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 6-13.
