In addition to the three Ystads teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Höörs HK H 65 1, Växjö HF 3, Raklev G&I, Särökometernas HK, Kristianstad HK Orange, Eslövs IK Rosa, Hässleholms HF 2, Täby HBK and Mönsterås HK 2.

Ystads IF HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK Vit with 6-13. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).
