In addition to the two Växjö teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Växjö HF Svart could be found in Group 2 together with Alingsås HK 1, Lugi HF 2, Kristianstad HK 06 2, Haninge HK Blå, Eslövs IK EIK 1, Halmstad Handboll 1 Röd, Uppsala HK 2 and Tollarps IF 2.

Växjö HF Svart continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 10-12. In the Final, VästeråsIrsta HF won over IK Lågan Hörby and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006).

Växjö HF also participated in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F16 (f. 2006) C-Slutspel, but lost it against Stavsten HK 1 Svart with 7-8.
