In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 43 other teams played in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Alingsås HK 1, Lugi HF 2, Kristianstad HK 06 2, Haninge HK Blå, Växjö HF Svart, Eslövs IK EIK 1, Halmstad Handboll 1 Röd and Tollarps IF 2.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Gökstens BK with 11-12. In the Final, VästeråsIrsta HF won over IK Lågan Hörby and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006).

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F16 (f. 2006) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Haninge HK 1 with 7-12.
