In addition to Hässleholms HF, 69 other teams played in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Hässleholms HF could be found in Group 6 together with HK Aranäs Vit, H 78 Sölvesborg, IFK Malmö HF Vit, Spånga HK Rosa, Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, IFK Tumba HK 2Vit, Tollarps IF 1 and Eslövs IK Gul.

Hässleholms HF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Röd with 7-9. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over HK Aranäs Vit and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009).

Hässleholms HF also participated in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the final in C-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK Blå with 6-10 and ended up in second place.
