In addition to Vinslövs HK, 17 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK could be found in Group 1 together with HK Björnen 1, Alingsås HK, IK Lågan Hörby Lågan, Åhus Handboll 3, Hässleholms HF /Bjärnum 1, Åhus Handboll 2, Sälens Fjällbotaniska Vänner and Ramunder HK.

Vinslövs HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Stavsten HK with 7-9. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Hammarby IF HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
