In addition to the three Karlskrona teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HF Karlskrona Blå could be found in Group 7 together with Spånga HK Tiorna, Alingsås HK 2, Skuru IK 2, Kävlinge HK Vit, Åhus Handboll Röd, Halmstad Handboll Röd, IFK Malmö HF 2 Blå and Vinslövs HK.

HF Karlskrona Blå continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF 2 with 4-12. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).
