In addition to the two Alingsås teams, 25 other teams played in Flickor 18 år (födda 2005). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK F06 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Stockholmspolisens IF HF, Uppsala HK 2, Mörrums GOIS HK HK, Lugi HF, Kristianstad HK F06 1, Ystads IF HF 1 and Vinslövs HK.
Alingsås HK F06 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad with 10-12. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll won over Lugi HF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år (födda 2005). Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 17 år (födda 2005) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
