In addition to the four Åhus teams, 61 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll Blå could be found in Group 5 together with Huddinge HK Vit, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Höörs HK H 65 2, H43 Lund HF, Kävlinge HK Blå, IFK Ystad HK, Hässleholms HF 1, IK Lågan Hörby 1 and IFK Tumba HK Blå.

Åhus Handboll Blå continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK Orange with 7-8. In the Final, Kävlinge HK Blå won over Kristianstad HK Orange and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F12 (f. 2010) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Huddinge HK 3 with 5-11.
