In addition to the three IFK Tumba teams, 56 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK 1 could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Kristianstad Orange, Ystads IF HF 1, IFK Malmö HF Gul, Borlänge HK Röd, H43 Lund HF 1, HK Aranäs Vit and Uppsala HK 2.
IFK Tumba HK 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK with 11-13. Thereby IFK Tumba HK 1 finished second in F15 (f. 2008) A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. IFK Tumba HK also participated in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
