Bjärnums HK was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with one team in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008).

In addition to Bjärnums HK, 58 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Bjärnums HK could be found in Group 2 together with Ystads IF HF 2, Växjö HF 2lag 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF, IFK Tumba HK 2, Borlänge HK Vit, Stavsten HK Svart, IFK Malmö HF Blå and Tollarps IF 2.

Bjärnums HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 1 with 7-11. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK won over IFK Tumba HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008).

Bjärnums HK also participated in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in F14 (f. 2008) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Spånga HK 1 with 6-7.
