In addition to the three Åhus teams, 52 other teams played in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll Blå could be found in Group 3 together with IK Lågan Hörby 2, IFK Tumba HK, Ystads IF HF 3, Halmstad Handboll Svart, Falköpings AIK HK FAIK vit, Lugi HF 2, IK Bolton and Eslövs HF 3.

Åhus Handboll Blå continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll Röd with 15-16. In the Final, Vinslövs HK 1 won over IFK Malmö HF 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009).

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in P13 (f. 2009) B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad Blå with 8-9.
