In addition to the three Åhus teams, 52 other teams played in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll Röd could be found in Group 2 together with Ystads IF HF 1, Huddinge HK Blå, Dalby GIF 1, Tyresö Handboll Gul, HK Aranäs Vit, Hammarby IF HF 1, Staffanstorps HK and IFK Malmö HF 2.

Åhus Handboll Röd continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 1 with 11-15. In the Final, Vinslövs HK 1 won over IFK Malmö HF 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009).

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in P13 (f. 2009) B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad Blå with 8-9.
