In addition to Täby HBK, 50 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Täby HBK could be found in Group 4 together with IK Lågan Hörby, IFK Tumba HK 2, Lödde Vikings HK Grå, Tollarps IF, HK Aranäs Vit, IFK Malmö HF 3 and Önnereds HK.

Täby HBK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 1 with 10-13. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Täby HBK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 Röd with 7-11.
