In addition to the three IFK Malmö teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Huddinge HK Vind, Särökometernas HK Svart, IFK Ystad HK, IFK Kristianstad Svart, Ljunghusens HK 2 (Tom), Åhus Handboll Röd, Lödde Vikings HK Vit, HF Karlskrona 1 and IFK Bankeryd Blå.

IFK Malmö HF 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK Strand with 8-10. In the Final, Huddinge HK Hav won over Huddinge HK Sol and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011).
