In addition to the two Huddinge teams, 49 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK Blå could be found in Group 2 together with HK Aranäs Svart, Lugi HF 2, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Kristianstad HK 2, Höörs HK H 65 08, IFK Malmö HF 1, Uppsala HK 2 and Eslövs IK EIK 2.

Huddinge HK Blå continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skövde HF 2 with 9-11. In the Final, HK Ankaret won over Lugi HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Huddinge HK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF Blå with 6-7.
