In addition to the two Skövde teams, 49 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Skövde HF 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Ystads IF HF 2, Halmstad Handboll Röd, Åhus Handboll, Vetlanda HF, Uppsala HK 3, AIK Handbollsförening and Lugi HF 3.

Skövde HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 1 with 13-15. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Skövde HF also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Täby HBK with 10-11.
