In addition to Ljunghusens HK, 69 other teams played in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ljunghusens HK could be found in Group 4 together with Kävlinge HK 2, Lugi HF 1, Tollarps IF 2, Huddinge HK Blå, Falköpings AIK HK, HF Karlskrona Röd, IK Bolton Gul and HK Aranäs Orange.

Ljunghusens HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Spånga HK Blå with 4-8. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over HK Aranäs Vit and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009).
