In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Ljunghusens HK, Lugi HF 1, Tollarps IF 2, Huddinge HK Blå, Falköpings AIK HK, HF Karlskrona Röd, IK Bolton Gul and HK Aranäs Orange.

Kävlinge HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 2 with 7-8. In the Final, Kristianstad HK 1 won over Kävlinge HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009).

Kävlinge HK also participated in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in F13 (f. 2009) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 2 with 11-12.
