In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK Orange could be found in Group 3 together with H43 Lund HF Blå, Karlshamns HF Röd, Halmstad Handboll Röd, Hässleholms HF 2, Huddinge HK Hav, Växjö HF 2, Höörs HK H 65 2 H65 Svart, Tollarps IF 3 and Ystads IF HF 3.

Kävlinge HK Orange continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against HF Karlskrona 1 with 4-7. In the Final, HF Karlskrona 1 won over Ljunghusens HK 2 (Tom) and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011).
