In addition to the three Kävlinge teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK Vit could be found in Group 7 together with Spånga HK Tiorna, Alingsås HK 2, Skuru IK 2, Åhus Handboll Röd, Halmstad Handboll Röd, IFK Malmö HF 2 Blå, HF Karlskrona Blå and Vinslövs HK.

Kävlinge HK Vit continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll Vit with 3-10. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Kävlinge HK also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F12 (f. 2010) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 2 with 7-8.
