In addition to Kävlinge HK, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 1 together with Åhus Handboll Vit, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Falköpings AIK HK FAIK röd, Lugi HF 1, HK Cliff Blå, Haninge HK 2, IFK Malmö HF 1 and Norrköpings HK.

Kävlinge HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF HF 1 with 9-10. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby 3 won over Norrköpings HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009).

Kävlinge HK also participated in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in P13 (f. 2009) A-Slutspel, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby 2 with 8-16.
