Silver medal! Reached second place in B-Slutspel

In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 6 other teams played in European Beachhandball Tour - Men. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 2 together with Halmstad Handboll, Beach Handball Tilburg and Lunds Beachhandball Club 2.

Kävlinge HK made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll with 48-43. Thereby Kävlinge HK finished second in EBT-M B-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023.
