In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 63 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Huddinge HK Vit, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Höörs HK H 65 2, H43 Lund HF, Kävlinge HK Blå, Åhus Handboll Blå, IFK Ystad HK, Hässleholms HF 1 and IFK Tumba HK Blå.

IK Lågan Hörby 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll Vit with 6-7. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in F12 (f. 2010) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF Vinröd with 5-16.
