AIK was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.

In addition to AIK, 39 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof AIK could be found in Group 3 together with Helsingkrona Nation Handboll HK, Är det så fel HK, Bakis & Skakis and Footlong FC.

AIK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Mormors pojkar with 8-10. In the Final, Mormors pojkar won over Ifk Tylö and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar.

AIK also participated in Motionsklass Herrar during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against 6 grillade & 1 pølse with 4-6 and ended up in second place.

AIK comes from Solna which lies approximately 440 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Solna does also provide 21 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Among others: Bolton Big Ballers, HK Cliff, Handqueens, Hammarby IF HF, Tyresö Handboll, Skuru IK, IFK Tumba HK, Spånga HK, Täby HBK and Älta IF).
