Ifk Tylö was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.

In addition to Ifk Tylö, 39 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ifk Tylö could be found in Group 1 together with S.U.F, BO-Laget, BK Bakåtpass BKBS and Genföreningen.

Ifk Tylö made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Mormors pojkar with 8-9. Thereby Ifk Tylö finished second in MKH A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023.

IFK Tylö also participated in Motionsklass Herrar during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Lag Labbes pågar with 12-13 and ended up in second place.

Ifk Tylö comes from Kristianstad which lies approximately 2 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Kristianstad does also provide 48 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Among others: Fräcka Falkarna 3, Gott & blandat, MÅSTE VILA, IF Kristianstad, Ceimertz, Jaga FC, Avgå Alla, Åhus Horna BK, Freaks in the Spreadsheets and KaffeKaga Beach Handball Club).
