In addition to the two Dalby GIF teams, 36 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Dalby GIF 2 could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Kristianstad 3, H43 Lund HF 2 H43 Blå, Ystads IF HF Vit, Haninge HK, Eslövs HF Vit, HF Karlskrona Grön, Åhus Handboll 1, Halmstad Handboll Röd and IFK Malmö HF 2.

Dalby GIF 2 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF Vit with 12-14. Thereby Dalby GIF 2 finished second in P12 (f. 2011) A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023.
