In addition to Karlshamns HF, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Karlshamns HF could be found in Group 5 together with IFK Tumba HK, Halmstad Handboll 1, IFK Kristianstad 2, HF Limhamn, IFK Kristianstad 1, Habo HK, Alingsås HK and IK Lågan Hörby 1.
Karlshamns HF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Bolton Gul with 7-13.
