Karlshamns HF was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with three teams in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010) and Flickor 12 år (födda 2011) respectively. Two teams played until 1/8 Final in B-Slutspel; Flickor 12 år (födda 2011) Röd lost against H43 Lund HF Blå by 6-14 and Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010) lost against IK Bolton Gul by 7-13.

The team in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009) made it to the the 1/8 Final in C-Slutspel, but lost it against Elvebyen HK by 5-9.
