In addition to Hammarby IF HF, 64 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Hammarby IF HF could be found in Group 1 together with Ljunghusens HK 1, Halmstad Handboll Vit, HF Karlskrona Gul, Habo HK Vit, Alingsås HK 3, IFK Malmö HF 1 Gul, HK Ankaret 2 and Kristianstad HK Blå.

Hammarby IF HF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK Rosa with 8-11. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Hammarby IF HF also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in F12 (f. 2010) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Hässleholms HF 1 with 10-12.
